.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Security Clearance
This position does not currently require a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.

This project focuses on developing and evaluating computational workflows for analyzing cryo-electron tomography (cryo ET) data from primary cilia-disease-relevant organelles central to cellular signaling. The intern will work with real in situ cryo ET datasets generated using focused ion beam (FIB) milling and advanced electron microscopy techniques.
In close collaboration with experimental and computational partners, the intern will contribute to data quality assessment, automated annotation (including segmentation and particle picking), benchmarking of computational methods, and workflow documentation. The project emphasizes applying and stress-testing automated analysis tools on challenging biological datasets to support scalable, reproducible cryo ET analysis.
By the end of the internship, the intern will have helped deliver a tested and well-documented computational analysis pipeline tailored to cilia cryo ET data, along with clear benchmarks of automated method performance on in situ samples.

About the Role:
Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: NBIX) is offering the opportunity to gain scientific experience in the world of biotechnology, product development, and materials engineering. Our intern program offers exposure to the development of drug products, with hands-on experience in lab and with various types of instrumentation. This position will assist in solid-state material characterization, crystallization optimization, solubility/stability determination, preclinical formulation development, and analytical support for multiple programs in the small molecule space, as well as biologic modalities such as monoclonal antibodies, gene therapy, and peptides.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
* Supporting a range of activities, including preformulation and materials science studies
* Executing and assisting other lab personnel in physical characterization, solubility, stability, and form screening studies in support of form selection and development activities.
* Maintaining and operating instrumentation and equipment required for preformulation and materials science activities
* Perform analysis with instrumentation including DSC, TGA, PXRD, Particle-Size Analysis, GVS/SA, PLM, SiriusT3 titration, Raman, viscometer, Microscopy (PLM, SM, SEM), HPLC, MS, and NMR
* Report findings and present on analysis via detailed lab notebooks and scientific reports
* Collaborating with a mentor team of cross-functional team members as well as the other interns in the class
* Completing a special project and presenting the recommendations to senior management upon completion
Requirements:
* Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an interest in biotechnology
* Specific degree or field required: Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar
* Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required
* Familiarity with biopharmaceutical technologies, physical and life sciences, product development, and regulatory approval processes is desirable
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to think creatively and be a team player

Through our paid NextGen InternshipProgram, we are seeking an IT Helpdesk Intern to join our team for 10 weeks and gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at a Quixote Studios location. As an integral member of the IT team, you will contribute to day-to-day operations, assist on special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain exposure to the inner workings of the company.

What You'll Do
Support the IT team with daily operational tasks and assist on a variety of ongoing departmental projects.
Assist with the Helpdesk to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced support environment and learn core skills of an IT Analyst or IT Technician.
Help address backlogged tasks including gathering and organizing E-waste, updating asset inventory, and improving internal documentation.
Learn and work within the ServiceNow ticketing system and the M365 environment.
Partner with the Transportation Department to support Wi-Fi hardware, printers, and other technology used.
Develop customer service skills by assisting internal clients with IT-related issues and learning best practices for communication and troubleshooting.
Participate in team meetings, team buildings, and contribute ideas that support department initiatives.
Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you've learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program.
Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter. Your cover letter must clearly indicate your desired location & department(s) of interest, availability, and outline how your major, prior work experience, and/or career goals apply.
Preferred:
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with hardware, software, and troubleshooting concepts.
Interest or foundational knowledge in networking.

Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework toward a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
