In this position you will join a fast-paced team developing new, cutting-edge firmware for Solidigm Solid State Drives (SSD). You will utilize and grow your experience in embedded architecture, external interfaces, and product constraints, along with the ability to develop architectures/features that meet these constraints while providing new value for the platform. You will use and gain experience in storage interface standards such as NVMe, PCIe, SATA, and SAS. As a Firmware Engineer your regular responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, review, document, and maintain product source code in C/C++

Job Description
The project engineer/manager candidate will be involved with all forms of planning, design, and specialty services related to the stormwater and water resources engineering field. Projects often involve hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain analyses, detention/water quality BMP design, stream restoration, bridge scour, trail design, stormwater management plans, MS4 compliance, and water rights. The ideal candidate will have some project management experience and be eager to continue transitioning into a project management role.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the following:
A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
Approximately 6 to 12 years of experience in the stormwater engineer field
A registered professional engineer license in Colorado or ability to obtain one upon hire, and have experience in providing engineering services in the state
Preferred qualifications include the following:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in managing teams of engineers to provide exceptional engineering services
Experience in mentoring less experienced engineers in technical and non-technical aspects of stormwater engineering
Experience in business development and client management
Practical application of the various hydrology/hydraulics software, including HEC-RAS (1D/2D preferred), HEC-HMS, CUHP, EPASWMM, and HY-8
Experience in developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or master planning studies
Experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change (LOMC) and floodplain mapping
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS

Additional Information
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $85,000 to $135,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
