**JOB PURPOSE:** We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Home Health Sales Account Executive. We are looking for a driven sales professional who will develop early and appropriate referrals by creating and sustaining business partnerships with referral sources to drive growth in our Home Health business. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Develops, implements, and evaluates quarterly and annual territory plans, strategies and actions to achieve budgeted targets. 2. Analyzes territory, establishes sales goals, and together with sales manager, writes sales plan. 3. Develops business relationships by making effective sales contacts, meetings, and presentations. 4. Builds relationships with the PruittHealth Home Health staff to ensure the of effective communication with referral sources and. 5. Builds relationships with partners from other PruittHealth divisions to identify opportunities to collaborate and keep patients within Pruitt's continuum of care. 6. Identifies key referring personnel in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations, along with opportunities to increase referral volume from these sources. 8. Basic knowledge of insurance companies and other payer sources. 9. Cook - Dietary Aide HCC - 2514040 Description JOB PURPOSE: The Dietary Aide Assists with food preparation in accordance with our established procedural guidelines, and as directed by the Food Service/Dietary Manager/Supervisor. The Cook prepares palatable, nutritionally sound meals consistent with departmental policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations that meet daily nutritional and special diet needs of each resident. Responsible to ensure that foods are prepared and served at the proper temperature and the proper time.
