The Physician Liaison is responsible for strengthening relationships between the practice and referring providers, enhancing communication, and driving patient referrals. This role serves as the primary link between external healthcare providers and the organization, ensuring excellent customer service, timely follow-up, and education regarding the practice's services and specialties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Referral Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical offices, and referral sources. Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase referral volume and market share. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing referral trends and market data. Provider Communication & Support: Serve as the primary contact for referring offices, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs.
