Duties:
This position supports the 40 FLTS at Eglin AFB, FL. Develops, conducts, and coordinates high-priority planning and in-depth data analyses of major project assignments; Serves as consultant on weapon system effectiveness, performance, and analysis; Provides system performance/effectiveness analyses to support the development of new armament, sensor, and aircraft systems. Supports integrated flight testing of fighter aircraft (currently, F-16 and/or F-15), on projects such as weapon system integration, aircraft software and hardware upgrades, targeting pods, and other similar systems. Assists in test planning and design process by identifying test data requirements, working with instrumentation engineers to establish how to collect required data to ensure data integrity, assist in collecting and/or downloading data, and reducing data in preparation for analysis. As necessary, participates in development and reviews test run cards, participates in program technical reviews, and attends mission briefs and debriefs. Supports test missions' execution and conducts real-time quick look evaluation of test results. Post-mission, assists in obtaining and delivering data to appropriate agencies, participates in review of flight test data and videos, accomplishes data validation/verification to ensure data integrity and accuracy, identifies and/or coordinates flight test data analysis required for isolating test anomalies, and review flight test reports for anomaly investigation, technical solution development and coordination. Analyzes, identifies, and evaluates issues and coordinates recommendations to resolve substantive and critical problems and issues. Monitors similar test activities conducted by other agencies, identify opportunities to conduct integrated test activities. Occasional travel may be required. Typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program. May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in an applicable discipline with 3 to 10 years of experience.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and able to obtain Top Secret clearance if needed.
Other Essential Job Functions:
Experience working with operational or developmental test organizations is highly desired. Proficiency in the use and integration of Microsoft Office applications highly desired.

The proposed salary range for this position is $125,000-$144,000. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports Pensacola Habitat for Humanity's mission by assisting the Director of Compliance and Operations to ensure the affiliate's compliance with established governmental and organizational regulations, policies, and procedures and by assisting with tasks to help improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of organizational functions among programs, construction, and the ReStore. This position also provides support for some board and committee related functions and will interact often with staff across all departments and may also work in conjunction with the senior leadership team and Board of Directors volunteers.

This position supports the 96 TSSQ supporting the LRWKC (Long Range Weapon Kill Chain) at Eglin AFB, FL providing technical advice and assistance in engineering of test systems design and development.
Provide advice and assistance services in support of test systems design and development.
Provide inputs to, consolidate, review, coordinate and track acquisition documentation.
Provide inputs to the Government for use in the development of acquisition plans, RFPs, PWSs and other pre- proposal source selection related documents.
Provide inputs to factory and site acceptance test plans including providing advice and assistance for the implementation of such test plans.
Provide advice and assistance in providing documentation relating to the installation of acquired test systems.
Provide advice and assistance services in support of component replacement efforts for test systems.
Advise and assist in all aspects of modification of test systems.
Advise and assist in the installation of transmitting and receiving equipment for aircraft flight testing.
Advise and assist in the design and development of threat system simulators.
Develop test procedures to be used for the troubleshooting of equipment failures that haven't been experienced in the past.
Support the design and construction of test site infrastructure to support new test instrumentation requirements.
Support site planning and Environmental Assessments for Eglin downrange sites and panhandle sites.
Support Long Range Weapon Kill Chain (LRWKC) systems engineering design aspects including the systems architecture, network, cybersecurity, communications, instrumentation command and control, and data transport design.
Support remote site operations planning and site design and layout from an operational perspective. This will include instrumentation EMI and EMC compatibility, instrumentation operational and calibration requirements, radiation hazard distance accommodations, and physical and operational security. Support site layout plans to meet the requirements for all instrumentation components of the LRWKC system. Support the development of logistics plans to provide shelter, deployment, transportation, storage, preventive and required maintenance, supply, and setup for all of the LRWKC instrumentation.
Support remotely operated test and evaluation system requirements definition for threat system scenarios, and support the system engineering, market research, acquisition, evaluation, and integration into the LRWKC sites. Support initial operations and training of O&M contractor operators to establish and certify the LRWKC remote threat systems as schedulable T&E mission support assets.
Support the acquisition, evaluation, and integration of Frequency Monitoring System, Advanced Command Destruct System, Telemetry, tracking radars and optical tracking systems for the LRWKC sites.
Support the requirements definition, acquisition, evaluation, and integration of marine based systems to provide instrumentation coverage over the Eglin Gulf of America test range. Support the development of an operations and logistics plan to support these marine systems for deployment over the Gulf of America to support test missions.
Support design and development of Remote Ops facilities to include but not limited to, support of construction design requirements and Operations management.
Support and provide interface to Air Force weapon systems developmental test and evaluation requirements, including weapon systems in production, development, systems engineering, and concept development.
Communicate test requirements and T&E system development plans and status at the O-6 or higher levels.
Familiar with the weapon systems acquisition process, including analyzing customer requirements, current T&E capabilities and identifying needs, gaps, and shortfalls. Identify T&E system development projects to address these shortfalls.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance and able to obtain Top Secret clearance if needed.

The 46 Test Squadron Data Links Test Flight (46 TS/TGBC) Satellite Communications Element at Eglin AFB FL is looking for a new member to conduct test planning, execution and data analysis on strategic systems. Position responsibilities can span from test planning, developing test cards or scripts, test execution, data collection and analysis to report writing, working toward project leadership positions.
This position requires in office work and travel to locations within the continental United States and potential overseas locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Provides test planning support, including development of an integrated Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategy, to identify the availability of test resources, track risk factors to facilitate the program's acquisition strategy and assess readiness for Operational Test.
+ Authors and coordinates Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E)-related documentation to include test plans, test procedures, test reports, and briefings.
+ Plans and/or participates in program and DT&E and Cybersecurity-related meetings to include test readiness reviews, working groups, teleconferences, and Integrated Test Team (ITT) discussions.
+ Assists the government in test oversight during contractor testing; supports the ITT to make technically informed and objective judgments during contractor testing and government DT&E.
+ Test Lead for planning, executing, and reporting on required DT&E events to include preparing and briefing Test Readiness Review documentation and report development meeting stringent guidelines as defined by leadership when producing test-related artifacts.
+ Coordinates applicable resources, activities, data and documentation with Participating Test Organizations (PTOs) and stakeholders as required.
+ Ensures safety concerns, deficiencies, and watch items are tracked and reported.
+ Travel to various sites to participate in planning, execution, data analysis, report generation, etc., of program-related activities.
+ Reviews Technical documentation to gather data on which systems will be designed and supported.
+ Attend or hosts meetings as necessary to provide briefings, information, and recommendations.
+ Supports any additional test activities assigned by the Element and TGBC leadership.
