Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by the Operations team.
Perform physical inventory cycle counts, and reconcile inventory variances.
Communicate updates and relay important operational information about clients directly to ICQA Lead.

Core Responsibilities
Resource Allocation and Oversight: A Primary Focus of this role includes allocating resources and assigning responsibilities to QA Lab Inspectors. A key focus for this leader will be maintaining the progress of Lab tasks and responsibilities within established project timelines that are established by divisional Project Leaders.
Quality Measurement and Inspection: As a leader in this role, you'd ensure Lab Technicians accurately measure materials using a CMM to confirm quality conformance. This includes overseeing incoming inspections and the use of various inspection tools like pin gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Documentation and Reporting: This role involves ensuring Lab Technicians complete detailed dimensional reports, including PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process) and FAIs (First Article Inspections).
Quality System Management: This individual will contribute to and implement changes within the Quality Management System (QMS), including creating and updating work instructions (WI), and managing gauges.
Non-Conforming Material Management: This individual will be involved with and ensure that the Lab Technicians are processing non-conforming material according to established procedures (QSP-0002) and assist with the containment of materials during quality issues.
OEM-Related Activities: The person will oversee, plan, and perform QA LAB activities related to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), such as PPAP submissions.
Additional Responsibilities: Additional duties related to the QA Lab will be assigned as needed.
