QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience) High school diploma or GED required; degree in food science or related field preferred. Experience in food safety or quality roles in meat/food manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety regulations. Detail-oriented with strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills. Able to work in cold, fast-paced, and regulated environments; bilingual skills a plus.
