The Manager, Global Product Quality - Controlled Substances is responsible for ensuring that all activities related to controlled substances across the product lifecycle meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and comply with global regulatory requirements, including DEA regulations. Job Description WHAT WE NEED: Sr. Process Engineer The Sr. Process Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within an organization. Understanding of safety, environmental, and economic issues associated with the operation of a chemical plant. Ability to successfully communicate with various functions (Supply Chain, SH&E, Process Technology, Plant Engineering, Quality Control, operations personnel). Ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Good interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and ability to lead and facilitate meetings. Analytical, logical, and open-minded. Desired: Manufacturing experience in a highly complex chemical production facility preferred. Experience in process safety by participating in risk assessments or PSM-covered processes.
