Position Overview:
This position is responsible for ensuring that products being delivered from Teledyne meet a high level of quality. This position is responsible for inspecting components, sub-assemblies, and final products prior to moving these to the next step in the manufacturing process or shipment to the customer. Position Overview:
This position is responsible for technical support of the quality program at Teledyne. This position entails metrics tracking and analysis to find and mitigate recurring issues. This position also provides technical support to the quality department and other groups, and supports customer technical needs that relate to quality. What You Will Do In Your Role
Be the primary process control resource for multiple converting lines including all associated PLCs/HMIs/Networks
Implement, design, and configure advanced control strategies.
Maintain functional design specifications for process control systems.
Support optimization efforts.
Troubleshooting installed systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these systems.
Act as project resource for new instrumentation or control/automation systems.
Read, interpret and develop control documentation and schematics.

Who Are You (Basic Qualifications)

Qualifications
· BS in Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
· 5-10 years' experience in electronic assembly or high-reliability manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of SMT, reflow, and automated assembly systems.
· Demonstrated experience in process development, DFM, and capital equipment justification.
· Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485 standards.
· Strong project management, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
