Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include Inventory Management * Assist the team in monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overages, while coordinating closely with production and sales departments to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency. * Support regular inventory audits to ensure record accuracy and contribute to cost-reduction strategies that enhance inventory turnover. System and project support * Serve as a key resource for the company-wide transition to a standard cost accounting system, including data migration, testing, and training. * Troubleshoot issues during system implementations and process rollouts, providing timely and effective solutions use project management tools to track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones to stakeholders. * Other as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred), Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on process optimization and inventory control. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Proficiency with CAD software, inventory management systems (e.g., ERP), and product configurators. * Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with standard cost accounting principles is a plus.

Selects products for audits at specified stages in the production or post-production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and mechanical, electrical or cosmetic characteristics. Records audit data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of CPU / GPU server products from development through mass production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware design, manufacturing, supply chain, and data center operations to deliver best-in-class server solutions.
