The Quality Technician plays a vital role in monitoring and maintaining all aspects of product safety and quality that enhances the customer experience and our food safety adherence. As such, the Technician performs multiple checks on product in finished goods form and as product is processed to meet our internal standards for food safety and quality. Feedback to quality process owners (e.g. operations technicians and management) with immediate corrective actions implemented is the primary means of ensuring process quality and, subsequently, a high integrity product. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct regular quality monitoring checks to verify that all products meet customer and legal requirements. Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates. Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QA/QC documents, testing and commissioning reports etc. Prepare testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, General Contractor representatives and project owners representatives. Ensure the EIDA software system is used as the primary tool for management of the QA/QC process on site. Represent the Company at regular site meetings. Attend Factory Acceptance Tests as required.
