Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to
include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologists utilize the resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease. MR technologists perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. MR Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms and general diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders, departmental protocols, and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, along with two years of relevant experience. Clinical experience during the course of schoolwork/certification is applicable.
Certifications:
Current certification from the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT);
State of Georgia Licensure and certification in Radiologic Technology.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or obtained within six months of hire date.
