Upward Bound Advisor The Academic Advisor of TRIO Upward Bound programs will coordinate the academic components for the 60 students supported from the 3 target schools “Eastland, Ranger, and Breckenridge ISD's”. They will coordinate with the guidance counselors within those schools to offer academic support and services to the students.
