Cooperate with MMH in developing and participating in in-service programs at MMH.
Provide to MMH all notes, reports, summaries and other documentation related to patient dietary services during the term of agreement.
Comply with all statutory requirements governing the maintenance of documentation, and any written regulations for the purpose of compliance with Section 1861 (v) (1) (1) of the Social Security Act as amended, as well as all HIPAA requirements related to patient confidentiality.
Attend staff meetings, EAC meetings, and community events as directed by Administration.

Must maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.
Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks.
Ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy, and to seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required.
