Work with Sales and Marketing teams to increase Enteral business
Conduct enteral feeding pump education.
Review clinical documentation to determine if patients qualify for Medicare coverage.
Work on outreach efforts to increase community knowledge of the SHC Enteral program
Participate in community events and health fairs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Registered Dietitian licensure
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

With a mission of promoting health equity and developing the capacities for academic, personal, and professional success for all members of the SF State community, Student Health Services (SHS) works to shift positively the culture and social norms around health and wellness to increase students' self-efficacy to make informed health decisions. Under the direction of the SHS director and lead physician, and in an ethnically and culturally diverse educational environment, the Registered Dietitian (RD) is responsible for obtaining and evaluating patient nutritional risks and deficiencies. The incumbent will provide medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition education not limited to healthy eating habits to patients. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with SHS and other associated health professionals to coordinate care plans and support.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an approved program in health education or a related health field. Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of health education and health equity theories, research, and program assessment; planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of health education programs, and industry standards for the delivery of health education in higher education. General knowledge of or the ability to learn quickly, current and emerging college age student health problems and existing methods of intervention and control. Working knowledge of the principles of educational and social psychology and how these apply to health education programs; and applicable industry standards and practices for health promotion such as those found in the American College Health Association's (ACHA) "Standards of Practice for Health Promotion in Higher Education."
