IOA's On Lok PACE program is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team in a per diem capacity. This role provides dependable 1-2 days of work per month, with additional opportunities to support the team during vacations, leaves, and other coverage needs. As part of a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will play a key role in assessing participants' nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring high-quality meal and nutrition services for older adults in our Adult Day Health Center.
