Our Company Amerita The Nursing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of Amerita and Subcontracted Agency (SUB) nursing visits, approving submitted nursing documents, creating nursing delivery tickets, tracking Plans of Treatments, and managing SUB authorizations and invoices. Responsibilities * Coordinates and tracks regularly scheduled Amerita nursing visits for field and AIS * Secures Home Health agency for patient visits when Amerita nurse is unable to provide nursing * Communicates patient demos and most recent infusion orders to field nurses * Alert field nurses when there is a change or an update to an infusion order * Communicates assignment of new patients and primary nursing from Nurse Manager to field staff * Confirm authorizations and reauthorizations for nursing visits are secured as needed * Provides infusion treatment plans to treating providers and maintains communication log * Tracks outside agency visits by month * Contacts outside agencies for nursing notes, statements and invoices as needed * Maintains files of credentials and insurance documents for outside agencies * Collaborates with Intake, Sales and Pharmacy staff to schedule visits and orders * Review and approve nursing notes in Alayacare or applicable documentation software * Review and approve subcontract billing * Triage calls from patients, providers and internal partners regarding scheduled nursing visits * Assign patient risk codes for all new patients * Assist branch with weekend on call duty * Supervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent * Basic knowledge and experience in home care preferred * Good organizational and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally crouching, stooping, and bending. Schedule: Rotating Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00am-8:00pm, Saturday/Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm Benefits and perks for You! * Medical, Dental, Vision insurance * Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (up to $5,000 for childcare) * Tuition discounts & reimbursement * 401(k) * Company Paid Time Off* * Shift Differential * DailyPay * Pet Insurance * Employee wellness and discount programs * Benefits may vary by employment status Responsibilities How YOU will benefit: * Supportive team with room to work independently * Ongoing training and career growth * Advancement opportunities in a growing company * Referral bonuses * We cover Pharmacy Technician license fees (new hires & current staff eligible) As a Pharmacy Technician you will: * Fill prescription items and package medications for dispensing and delivery. * Accurately label products, including cautionary and auxiliary labels. * Prepare medications, including non-sterile compounding (liquids, powders, ointments, etc.). * Enter patient and prescription data into the computer system to generate labels. * Participate in pharmacy inventory management, including checking stock and removing expired medications. * Communicate professionally with internal and external customers. * Assist with onboarding and training new pharmacy staff. * Perform specialized tasks that may include: * Working in the Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) Room. * Operating automated machines to prepack medications. * Mixing IV medications and sanitizing IV room/equipment. * Servicing facility-based dispensing machines (e.g., Omnicell). * Perform other pharmacy support tasks as assigned.
