**Internship Focus Areas**
This internship will be structured around three core focus areas:

+ A framework or proposal for how our channel marketers should adapt tactics (PPC, banners, emails, promos, SPIFFs, product page content) to remain competitive in AI-driven environments.

+ Examples from other companies or industries where AI has influenced channel marketing.
+ Optional pilot tests or mock-ups of AI-optimized assets.
This project aligns with our enterprise-wide strategy to embed "Artificial Intelligence Everywhere" and will directly inform our 2026 channel planning.
**2. Grainger National Accounts Support (25%)**
Work closely with the Channel team for Grainger to support marketing execution and partner engagement. Responsibilities may include:
+ Assisting with campaign coordination and performance tracking.
+ Supporting content updates and product launches for Grainger and Zoro.
+ Participating in quarterly business reviews and preparing marketing summaries.
+ Helping manage co-op funding documentation and SPIFF tracking.
This work provides exposure to one of our most strategic channel relationships and offers hands-on experience in partner-facing marketing.
**3. Channel Marketing Operational Support (25%)**
Support operational tasks aligned with our Channel Marketing team to gain experience in channel infrastructure and merchandising. Responsibilities may include:
+ Assisting with updates to the Fluke Distributor site and Channel Marketing SharePoint.
+ Supporting visual merchandising audits and planogram updates.
+ Helping coordinate NPI webinars and monthly channel newsletters.
+ Participating in small event tracking and post-event performance reporting.
This area offers exposure to the foundational systems and workflows that enable our channel marketing team to scale effectively.
**Qualifications**

The Program is specifically designed for physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are interested in a life-long career in emergency medicine with training sites in the Puget Sound through Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians (TECP), a subsidiary of WECP.
Program Objectives
To provide exceptional training and experience for APP professionals to have a successful career in any emergency department setting.
To prepare candidates well for recognized emergency medicine APP examinations (NCCPA-CAQ for physician assistants, AANPCB Boards for nurse practitioners)
Curriculum
Fifteen (15) months program duration with over 3000 hours of post graduate training
Close to 2400 hours of clinical training
Over 300 hours of didactics to include over an introductory bootcamp followed my weekly activities that include conferences, meetings, case presentations, ultrasound training, procedure lab or simulation.
Over 400 hours of independent study to include case review & presentation preparation, assigned CME and readings, and scholarly research project.
Expected commitment of 50 hours per week of the above activities

Responsibilities: The Redford Fellow will be expected to teach four undergraduate courses over the year: an introduction to archaeology (including archaeological methods) course and an elective in their area of specialization in the fall and two more specialized courses in the spring, chosen in consultation with the faculty mentor. The Fellow will also deliver a public lecture and serve as a campus resource for those interested in archaeology; this may include advising students, identifying summer excavations or field schools in which to participate, or finding graduate programs that meet students' interests. The Fellow will be assigned to an appropriate department (e.g., Art and Art History; Greek, Latin, and Ancient Mediterranean Studies; History; Religion, Spirituality, and Society; Sociology and Anthropology), where faculty will assist with professional development.
Qualifications:
We invite applications from scholars who have completed a Ph.D. in archaeology within the last four years. We seek a candidate who has expertise in the archaeology of the Late Antique Mediterranean, broadly understood, from c. 400 to c. 1000 CE. Specializations might include early Islamic civilization, the Byzantine Empire, or early medieval western Europe. Candidates with interests in cross-cultural encounters, cities and urban development, or cultural heritage are especially encouraged to apply. Scholars who are able to make connections across disciplines and demonstrate the impact of archaeological work on a variety of fields in an undergraduate liberal arts setting are especially encouraged to apply.
