Orient, cultivate and train his/her personnel to instill good work values, expand experience, and enable future growth for all that aspire it. Review equipment and tool requirements with the PM so that everything budgeted accordingly. Coordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors, suppliers, delivery companies, vendors and inspection authorities and jurisdictions. Conduct Coordination Meetings with all onsite subcontractors. Proactively and continuously coordinate vendors, subcontractors, suppliers and inspectors on a daily and weekly basis. Identify and resolve construction problems as they develop. Notify the PM's when safety, performance, manpower, or quality issues begin, or just look to begin to arise. Be proactive and realistic at assessing varying job conditions. Communicate effectively with all project participants. Keep the project on schedule and look to draw from past experience on dealing with unforeseen situations. Maintain accurate records, that include as-built drawings, an updated schedule, and continuously recorded Daily Reports and Weekly Safety reports. Plan, staff, and manage self-performance activities. Keep the job site clean and well-maintained daily. Enforce clean-up protocols for Subcontractors and vendors. Schedule and procure all required punch list at the closing stages/phases of the project.
