Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities: - Handle full charge bookkeeping duties, including maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial statements. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. - Utilize QuickBooks Online for recording and tracking transactions. - Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with regulations. - Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly. - Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures. - Ensure timely payment processing and invoicing. - Maintain organized documentation for audits and reporting purposes. - Provide regular updates on financial status to management. Requirements Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements: - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. - Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. - Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. - Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations. - Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
