Key Responsibilities
EHS Oversight & Facilitation
Monitor and advise on compliance with all Owner EHS requirements and applicable regulatory standards
Coach contractors and subcontractors in identifying and resolving EHS gaps without directing field work
Report EHS performance metrics, including leading and lagging indicators, incident trends, and environmental observations, to the Owner's construction management team
Participate in incident investigations, including documentation, analysis, and lessons learned communication
Evaluate effectiveness of contractor hazard assessments (RAMS, JHAs, PTPs, etc.)
Lead and participate in site safety walks, orientation sessions, stand-downs, and coordination meetings
Conduct topic-specific field audits and document reviews as needed

Qualifications
5+ years in construction safety, EHS, commissioning, or QA/QC roles-mission-critical or industrial project experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of hazard analysis, incident response, corrective action planning, and safety documentation
Exceptional communication skills and confidence in engaging with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership
Experience in EHS observation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement without direct control of the work
Familiarity with tools such as BIM360, Google Suite, and safety management systems
Preferred certifications: CHST, CSP, OSHA 30, or equivalent
Ability to travel as required to support project needs across the region

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience, Abilities
Associate degree in Electronics preferred.
Electronic Technician certification or comparable certification or licensure required.
Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to follow complex directions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs, installs, and inspects electronics or electronic systems as directed through verbal or written instructions, diagrams, drawings, or specifications.
Maintain and make necessary operating adjustments to the organization's electrical systems.
Determines materials or replacement needs and a logical method for repair; take appropriate action to meet those needs and make repairs.
Ensure local, state, and national electrical codes are followed and proper materials are used throughout electrical systems.
Manage and install cables and wiring, splicing as needed.
Create or adapt parts as needed to make repairs and improve the performance of various electronics.
Performs safety checks to ensure design plans are feasible in various conditions.
Report potentially dangerous electrical equipment to supervisor and take steps to resolve the issue.
Instruct employees regarding safe working procedures and requirements when working with electronic equipment and components.
Develop and maintain records related to electronic and electrical equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds at a time.
Ability to distinguish an assortment of colors of wires and distinguish electronic system sections and wiring

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $160,000 - $177,500
In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
