Line Cook As a Line Cook for Traditions Hospitality Group in our full-service establishment, you'll be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to delight our guests. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and service of meals. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
