If the client is ambulatory, the aide will assist the client into the vehicle and secure them into their seat, if a client is confined to a wheelchair, the aide will assist in the loading and securing of the wheelchair. Prior to the vehicle moving, the aide will check to see that all clients are wearing their seat belts during transport. 4. Observe if they are wearing shoes, jackets in the winter etc., make sure clients leave the vehicle in the same manner as they boarded. 6.
