The role also involves grading bricks to ensure quality standards are met. This position requires high attention to detail, and the individual may also assist in changeovers and general cleaning duties. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and grade bricks for quality before placement to ensure only top-quality products are processed. Ensure the correct placement of bricks to optimize kiln loading efficiency. Assist with equipment changeovers to maintain production flow. Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping and shoveling, as . Participate in pre-shift stretching exercises to reduce injury risk. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Physical Demands: Must wear steel toe boots as part of personal protective equipment (PPE).
