+ Coordinates Corporate long-range planning, budgeting and reporting to be used for updates with the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and used for external guidance with Investor Relations
+ Finance partner to Corporate, working directly with business leaders on Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for their functional areas as well as Corporate Capital

+ Responsible for the preparation and presentation of management reports and/or corporate reporting requirements, to ensure integrity of information and keep management updated on key information

Overview:
The Finance Manager serves as the critical link between the customer and lending institutions, providing tailored finance options while ensuring all transactions are compliant with legal and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities:Customer & Lender Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between customers and financial institutions to secure financing.

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in the RV or automotive industry.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving finance income goals.
Proficient in financial software applications and dealership management systems.
Strong computer skills; Excel and CRM experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for consumer financing.

Basic Purpose

DEFINITION

JOB DUTIES
* Conduct risk assessments of insurance companies through risk-focused analysis of assigned insurance companies.
* Review annual and quarterly insurer financial statements and related supplemental regulatory filings of assigned companies for financial stability, solvency, and statutory compliance.
* Create Insurer Profile Summary reports and Group Profile Summary reports.
* Review applications for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Redomestications.

Knowledge, Skills and ABILITIES

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or actuarial science with zero to three years of experience in financial analysis, insurance financial analysis. Preference will be given to applicants holding at least one of the following designations: CPA, CFE, AFE, CIE, AIE, FLMI, CPCU or ICCIE (ACI or CCI).
