About the Role
At HomeWetBar, great visuals are at the heart of how we connect with customers. Were seeking a detail-driven in-house Graphic Designer with exceptional skills in photo editing, retouching, and vector design for production files along with the ability to create clean, compelling layouts for marketing and brand communications.
As part of the design team, youll work under the direction of the Design Director, supporting product development, marketing, custom sales, and production teams to transform ideas into polished, production-ready visuals that drive sales, strengthen our brand, and clearly communicate with customers.
Note: This is an in-house position based at our Oklahoma City office. Candidates must be able to work on-site.
Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Retouch, color-correct, crop, and optimize product photography for web, print, and e-commerce platforms.
Maintain consistent lighting, tone, and style across all imagery.
Integrate product photography into compositions using stock images and custom digital backdrops.
Create vector artwork for personalization, engraving, and new product designs.
Produce accurate, scalable production files for personalization production.
Adapt and refine customer-provided designs into vendor-ready artwork for large custom orders.
Design engaging graphics and layouts for marketing and email campaigns.
Organize, maintain, and update imagery and instructional documents for e-commerce platforms.
Design infographics that translate complex product information into clear, visually compelling visuals.
Collaborate with product development to concept and troubleshoot new product designs.
Collaborate with production to create accurate visuals and mockups that represent final products for customers.
Design marketing materials with a strong emphasis on typography, layout, and brand consistency for print and digital.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in graphic design or other design-related degree.
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, e-commerce, or other product-focused industries.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite: Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, retouching) and Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork, production files).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and maintaining brand consistency.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Bonus: experience with photoshoots, video editing, or social media content creation; familiarity with Shopify or Klaviyo.

The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer. This is a state position governed by the Civil Service Rules, in state government located in Oklahoma City, OK. Position Summary
This position will report directly to the Creative Services Manager to execute graphic design projects that support all Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority's (OMMA) service areas. The Graphic Designer will work to design, produce, edit and execute projects to promote agency functions. This position is responsible for designing and producing high-quality and cost-effective artwork involving a variety of media, including print, web, social media and video. As a member of the Communications Department, the Graphic Designer must be able to work on tight deadlines.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions
* Creates content, layout, design, and final art elements which includes logos, artwork, images, videos, illustrations, colors, typography and other graphic elements.
* Designs, prepares, fabricates, and updates layouts for publications, presentations, reports, social media, webpages, videos, certificates, diagrams, flyers and other public documents including the agency's annual report.
* Follows standardized guidelines for displaying and utilizing logos and branding elements to strengthen OMMA's brand identity.
* Manages internal and external website updates in collaboration with the Creative Services Manager.
* Assists the Creative Services Manager with video production, including post-production (e.g., editing and visual effects) and publishing.
* Assists the Creative Services Manager in management of the agency studio and coordinating video and photo shoots.
* Corrects and edits photographic images.
* Collaborates with OMMA employees to produce and finalize content.
* Maintains and archives all records, negatives, original art and other related work.
* Maintains the proper legal protection of real and intellectual property.
* Supports the Communications Department in delivering timely, accurate information and keeping the public informed of updates and changes.

Education and Experience
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a technical or associate degree in visual communications, design, graphic or commercial art or closely related field and three years of experience in producing projects such as brochures, signage, or other related work using digital technology; or sixty semester hours from a college or university with twelve semester hours in marketing, visual communications, mass communications, photography, advertising or design and three years of experience in producing print media or other related electronic media using digital technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the Marketing department with a focus on print, digital, UX and motion graphics design and to facilitate a learning opportunity for the Intern.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design projects via Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Figma and/or Zeplin.
Work with Creative Services team to develop/create both internal and external marketing materials/projects.
Other duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Currently enrolled in four-year university program, a sophomore level or above (pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related degree).
Experience:
Past internship experience a plus but not necessary
Past photography/videography classes or experience a plus but not necessary

**Job Description**
As a Telecom Designer for Olsson on the Data Center team, you will be responsible for working in a collaborative design environment to design low voltage, telecommunications, and audio/visual systems within the built Data Center environment. This will include but is not limited to the following: layout of MDF/IDF/Demarc rooms, horizontal cabling design and specifications, Wireless Access Control, Security and Access Control, Surveillance, audio/visual systems, nurse call, and other low voltage systems. You will specialize in Telecom, Security, Audio/Visual Design and will also help with other electrical design projects as needed.
