    Senior Helpers, a leader in providing in-home senior care services, is seeking a dedicated & compassionate Part-time Caregiver for two clients in Thornton & surrounding areas. This role requires hands-on personal care for both male and female clients, including bathroom and shower assistance. This position will primarily assist clients with their personal care needs and provide companionship to improve their overall quality of life. This is a part-time position and the individual in this role will work directly with clients in their homes. *MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & NEED TO BE LISTED AS A VALID DRIVER ON YOUR INSURANCE* AREAS WE SERVE: Broomfield, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Wheat Ridge, Lafayette, Aurora, Commerce City, Denver Compensation & Benefits: This is a PART-TIME, hourly position with a competitive pay rate starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Pay will be distributed biweekly. In addition, employees will have access to benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing. -MUST be comfortable providing personal cares for both male and Female clients - Help remind clients to take prescribed medication according to their physician's instructions. - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients - Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks (taking out the trash, dishes, laundry, sweeping/vacuuming. - Assisting the client with transfers, ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor appointments, walks etc.) - Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the caregiver supervisor - Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Attend ongoing training/development programs to enhance caregiving skills -Must be comfortable providing personal care (including toileting and bathing) to clients of all genders.
