Purpose of the Work The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and efficiency across food manufacturing operations. This position involves leading engineering projects related to process optimization, equipment upgrades, and packaging system enhancements. The Industrial Engineer is responsible for maintaining strict adherence to all safety, food safety, facility audit, and GMP standards.
