PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Thorough knowledge of aerospace manufacturing drawings, specifications and engineering requirements. • Ability to write clear, accurate, comprehensive and concise documents, formatted to increase information accessibility and grammatically correct. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and experienced in developing win-win relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and auditors. • Experience with the fabrication, assembly, application of protective finishes, and inspection of structural aerospace products. Catia v5 experience a plus. • Thorough knowledge of AS9100 quality system requirements. Familiarity of Nadcap requirements a plus. • Solution orientated, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve a wide range of difficult problems in practice and cost effective ways. • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Accepting of criticism and ability to deal calmly and effectively with stressful situations. • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. • Ability to identify, organize, estimate and recognize differences or similarities. • Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles. • Ability to provide direction and guidance.
