Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & System Design • Perform system-level requirements analysis, decomposition, and allocation for mechanical and structural systems. • Translate customer and MIL-STD specifications into mechanical design criteria and system architecture. • Develop performance and environmental requirements (shock, vibration, noise, thermal, fluid flow). Collaboration & Technical Leadership • Work cross-functionally with electrical, software, manufacturing, and field service teams to deliver integrated maritime solutions. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers. • Interface with shipyards, customers, and government stakeholders during design, production, and installation phases.
