About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Telecom Engineer to lead and scale the enterprise-wide telecom infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and CCaaS cloud phone solutions. This role will own the design, implementation, and management of iCapital's contact center platforms and unified communications systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on experience in cloud-based telecom environments.
Responsibilities
Lead all telecom initiatives across the enterprise, including CCaaS platforms and SaaS integrations.
Manage all cloud-based phone systems including Genesys, Vonage VCC/VBC, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Own vendor relationships and oversee procurement, assignment, and lifecycle management of phone numbers.
Design and maintain SIP trunking and VoIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align telecom solutions with business needs and compliance standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot latency, connectivity, and call quality issues across platforms.

Qualifications
8+ years of enterprise networking and telecom support experience

Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Prisma, and Genesys is a plus

Benefits
