Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Lead I&E Designer performs a wide range of duties which include some or all of the following:
Instrument and Electrical Design Lead for the delivery of large complex control system projects. This includes new installations and modifications to existing systems
Lead a team of designers during site surveys to gather information, reconcile, and organize
Develop or modify the following: cable block diagram, instrument location plans, installation details, wiring drawings, relay logic, loop diagrams, instrument index, P&ID's, cable schedules, power & grounding, motor schematics, fiber optics, panel schedules, control room layouts, etc.
Develop fabrication drawings and Bill of Material for the following: control panels, field junction boxes, power distribution, and others
Develop Engineering Scope of Work, Construction Scope of Work, Instrument Specifications, Electrical Specifications and Proposals
Responsible for meeting all Client's drawing and document control requirements
Control System cutover and Electrical startup experience
Maintain and Report to the Project Manager the following: project schedule, weekly progress reports, utilize rules of credit, etc.
Coordinate work and execution with other project disciplines, such as: systems configuration, fabrication, field construction, vendors, and sub-contractors
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
The Lead I&E Designer requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Associate's degree in Computer Drafting and Design or Engineering Technology. Equivalent experience will be considered
Minimum of 15 years of I/E design experience directly related to the Primary Duties and Responsibilities noted above
Extensive experience with design associated with control systems (DCS, SIS, PLC, etc.)
Knowledge of field instrumentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in AutoCad and/or Microstation
Working knowledge of SPI is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Familiar with document Management software or equivalent

and coordinate requests for supplying ETF documents in alternative formats to
allow persons with disabilities access to our information.
E.7 Serve as agency publications contact for the Wisconsin Documents Repository
Program as required by Wis. Stats. 35.81-35.84.
E.8 Serve on other agency workgroups or committees) that affect or require forms,
communications or graphic arts expertise.

RequirementsTop Skills & Years of Experience:
• Forms design, composition, requirements and editing techniques.
• Forms analysis and research techniques.

About the Role
We are looking for a UI Designer with strong visual design sensibility, problem-solving ability, and an eye for detail to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, possess excellent communication and comprehension skills, and be able to translate business and user requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent designs.
Experience working with life sciences or healthcare brands will be an added advantage, as the role involves designing interfaces and digital assets aligned with global compliance and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conceptualize, design, and deliver user interface layouts for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
* Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
* Create high-fidelity prototypes, interactive components, and responsive layouts in Figma.
* Ensure brand consistency across all UI touchpoints while maintaining visual appeal and usability.
* Participate in design reviews and peer feedback sessions to improve quality and First-Time-Right delivery.
* Work on UI guidelines, design systems, and component libraries to support scalability across projects.
* Translate complex scientific or healthcare information into simple, engaging, and compliant design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI Designer or Visual Designer in digital environments.
* Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects preferred).
* Strong understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
* Excellent communication, comprehension, and presentation skills - ability to clearly articulate design intent and rationale.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and First-Time-Right delivery.
* Ability to handle multiple projects, collaborate across regions, and meet timelines.

Company Folders, Inc. is looking for a full time, UI/UX - User Experience / User Interface Designer. We are looking for someone who has education, training, and experience in building sites based on user experience. The candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently defining, creating, and optimizing our websites. He or she will be working on our website's design and user interaction team. This includes defining requirements, wire-framing, creating mock-ups, and helping code in HTML and CSS. This person will be testing designs in certain phases of the process and will analyze and optimize the designs that make it into our production site using tools such as website optimizer. He or she will be expected to work with our graphic designers, web writers, merchandisers, and software developers, to deliver solid website user experiences.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Be the advocate/point-of-contact for questions regarding our user personas
- Collaborate with software teams, writers and merchandisers on design & development of websites
- Identify user requirements and translate it into design solutions
- Create UX deliverables (wire-frames, work-flows, prototypes, etc.)
- Run/manage usability tests
- Develop and deliver front end-design assets (graphics, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript etc.)
Requirements:
- Self-starter - candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction, and learn by asking the right questions.
- Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for the web.
- Knowledge of usability, human factors, and the UX process.
- Experience with Adobe design tools.
- Experience with XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
