Join Our Team as Barback - Keep the Bar Running Smoothly and Efficiently Barbacks are responsible for ensuring bartenders have everything they need to operate efficiently during service. This includes restocking inventory, preparing service areas, maintaining cleanliness, and being a critical support throughout the shift. Barbacks at Horsefeather work closely with bartenders and the bar manager and play a key role in the overall flow and success of the beverage program. Key Responsibilities Restock spirits, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware throughout service. Ensure all bar stations are prepped and fully stocked before the start of shift. Clear dirty glassware from the bar and replace with clean items quickly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including speed wells, sinks, and underbar storage.
