Manage bid packages, subcontractor solicitation, scope reviews, and leveling

Requirements
5+ years of commercial construction experience in a preconstruction or estimating role
Proven background with ground-up and/or major commercial renovations
Strong proficiency with construction software, including Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating platforms (e.g., Sage, Destini, or similar)
