RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accounts payable and vendor records and process vendor payments weekly.
Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system.
Support financial reporting processes by preparing various reports related to AP and payroll.
Assist in maintaining the general ledger by performing tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliation, and reviewing transaction reports.
Assist with monthly closings, internal and external audits by providing necessary records and reports.
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy with deductions, and compliance with federal payroll laws and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Handle wage garnishments, direct deposits and respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments, discrepancies, and payroll-related issues.
Collaborate with other departments such as Human Resources to streamline processes and address issues efficiently.
Contribute to special projects and work independently to meet deadlines
This position requires a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience, familiarity with GAAP is a plus.
Experience: At least 3 years in Accounts Payable and Payroll.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Dynamics Great Plains ERP, and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or similar) preferred.
Other Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform tasks such as sitting for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs., and other physical movements.

The Program Specialist provides key local customer interface and day-to-day work direction for assigned personnel at specific account(s). This role ensures disinfection, distribution, par-level control, and demand deliveries of equipment or devices, while maintaining customer satisfaction and Service Excellence per contract.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize knowledge of customer contracts to ensure obligations are met; prioritize service, assign personnel, and follow up on commitments.
Serve as on-site leader responsible for customer relationship regarding the Disinfection and Distribution Team. Ensure service quality through frequent contact and formal reviews. Represent hospital during regulatory inspections and attend required meetings (e.g., Safety Committee, Huddles).
Analyze equipment utilization, stocking levels, workflow, and related data to prepare findings and recommendations; adjust processes as needed.
Provide training to new staff and assist with defined technician duties; perform technician duties when necessary.
Track and analyze financial performance within GEHC; recommend improvements in equipment fleet size, supplies, or workflow and facilitate implementation.
Resolve issues related to disinfection and distribution of mobile medical equipment; collaborate with biomed for planned maintenance. Perform safety and environmental inspections per GE and hospital standards.
Maintain approved supply inventory and manage vendor service delivery processes in compliance with GE policies.
Ensure proper care of carts and tools; maintain knowledge of current standards for safe and effective disinfecting and distribution.
Comply with Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
May work in D&D capacity at other facilities for consulting engagements or implementations.
Quality Goals
Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and applicable laws/regulations.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within deadlines.
Identify and report quality or compliance concerns; take corrective action as required.

Evaluate customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs, and perform planned maintenance and safety and environmental inspections to support our customers' ability to deliver healthcare.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured.
Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper care of tools and test equipment to ensure calibration and ability to deliver timely and accurate repairs and maintenance to our customers.
Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization to ensure services are provided with the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 4 years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
Minimum 2 years of experience servicing medical equipment
Knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
Experience interpreting schematic diagrams.

Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and service repair needs on designated equipment, specifically around issues related to device cybersecurity.
Works closely with multiple device manufacturers regarding cybersecurity issues.
Works directly with customer IT and security personnel to implement site cyber security policies.
Evaluate progressively complex, customer biomedical equipment security issues and implement appropriate remediations and/or compensating controls. Provide support on imaging or LCS modality equipment first response and coordinate with appropriate modality specialists.
Perform on-time and accurate device level security actions.
Own customer clinical device security issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution.
Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction on all device security issues.

Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with security operations center agents to define and support implementation of corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Identify potential sales leads and participate in sales opportunities (e.g., contract renewals, assist with promoting and implementing of revenue programs).
Keep up to date with competitor information, device security bulletins and market trends.
Identify business opportunities for the organization.
May include basic/refresher application training of clinical staff and customer security/IT personnel on designated equipment
Qualifications :
