Job Summary
Tiffin Aire is seeking Aviation Composite Technicians to join our Service Center team. These roles support a variety of essential operational tasks, offering a workday with both routine responsibilities and special project assignments. Key Deliverables
· Support propeller builders and prepare finished products for shipment.
· Perform detailed deburring, sanding, and cleaning of complex composite components.

· Disassemble, degrease, media blast, and clean propeller parts.
· Prepare, paint, and de-mask composite and metal propeller components.
· Pick, pack, and crate small parts and complete propeller systems.

· Hand-lay composite material patterns on foam cores, precision molds, or other composite structures.

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead light commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects.
