Minimum of two years of experience in higher education, college recruiting, counseling, and/or career development, along with at least two years of occupational experience in a related field.
Demonstrated success in delivering presentations, workshops, or interactive learning experiences.
Proficiency with career development theories, job-search tools, and current labor-market trends.
Experience with Handshake or a comparable career management platform preferred.
Experience with content creation, social media management, or learning technologies preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the district.
Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements
Certified Career Counselor (CCC), Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) or Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential strongly preferred; a master's degree in counseling or a related field, or equivalent qualifications, may also be considered.
Requires valid Driver's License.

Work Environment
This is primarily an on-campus position with occasional virtual work allowed per the discretion of the department manager.

Additional Information
Starting Range: $54,900 - $64,600 per year
Pay is based on a multitude of factors, including experience, qualifications, education, relevant certifications, internal equity, and market data.

While receiving leadership support from the Ecommerce Store Team Leader, the Ecommerce List and Merchandising Specialist advances our mission by listing donated goods for on-line sales. The Ecommerce Listing and Merchandising Specialist will align service delivery in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision, values and brand of Goodwill NCW.
Key Responsibilities
Sort incoming product, research and check for details that would be relevant to each item.
Inspect each item to determine key details and flaws.
Photographs each item to visibly communicate all details about each item to potential bidders/customers.
Writes clear and concise item listings that communicates all critical details about an item to potential bidders/customers.
Researching products prior to listing as needed.
Accurately uses grammar, spelling, and punctuation in item listings.
Assigns each product to relevant inventory location.
Meets department production goals for listing items.
Develops personal product base of knowledge to reduce need for detailed research.
Performs research as needed to provide accurate descriptions.
Adhere to the established standard of quality for item descriptions and item photographs.
Cross-trains as necessary in other functions of store operations and assist as needed in other areas of the store.
Works M-F Day schedule set by supervisor in support of department.
Always maintain a professional demeanor to established dress code.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including production area.
Complies with all GNCW policies, including, but not limited to, reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Skills & Experience Requirements
At least a basic level of competency with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
Must be able to multi-task to meet daily production quotas.
Ability to develop personal product knowledge base.
Experience eCommerce or online selling experience preferred.
Experience thrift industry experience preferred.
Experience with online research for identifying collectibles preferred.
Experience digital photography experience preferred.
Highly skilled with Windows PC and operating system
Leadership skills or experience working with volunteers and/or Goodwill clients preferred.
