+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Manage web development projects end-to-end, including QA testing, deployment, version control, and documentation.

Stay current with web development trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in the automotive or enterprise space.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a hybrid marketing/web role.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and tag implementation (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console).
Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and navigating structured processes, approvals, or compliance standards.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: lead generation, user journeys, CTAs, and campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting automotive, manufacturing, or B2B industrial organizations.
Experience in large corporate environments with multi-layered brand, legal, or IT requirements.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Mailchimp.
Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
Familiarity with automotive dealership systems and platforms such as CDK Global and vAuto, including the ability to support integration, reporting, or marketing workflows tied to these tools.
