What You Will Do:
As the Principal Producer, you will be integral to crafting an amazing cross-platform player experience, working closely with the Creative team on a new and exciting game. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the narrative production, ensuring the delivery of exceptional storytelling, driving the content review process, and serving as the primary production liaison with our IP partner. This is a unique opportunity to assist the creative efforts in the early stages of the project, helping to form the foundational storytelling processes and shape the core game experience for players.
Work closely with the Executive Producer and Creative Director to lead the narrative development and growth of our narrative team.
Drive the narrative production, including story development, creative bibles development, VO recording, cutscenes, quests, and other storytelling pieces.
Build strong relationships and be the primary production contact with our IP partners.
Work closely with the Narrative Director and Narrative team members to deliver the game's narrative conceit, arc, pillars, as well as character stories, dialogue, and quests.
Work closely with external development partners to implement the narrative vision and designs.
Manage and optimize the IP review process to reduce end to end turnaround times.
Oversee and enhance narrative production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, to ensure optimal efficiency.
Ensure that vision and goals are clearly defined, transparent, and understood at all levels of the organization.

What We're Looking For:
At least 8+ years of production experience in the video game industry, with a focus on AAA game development.
Proven experience in the development and successful shipping of AAA narrative RPG titles, demonstrating the ability to manage large-scale projects.
Comprehensive experience producing narrative content end-to-end, encompassing story development, quest design, cinematics, VO performance, and animation.
Deep understanding of agile project management and software development methodologies.

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs including public TTS API, internal APIs like Payment, Subscription, Auth and Consumption Tracking, ensuring they meet business and scalability requirements
Oversee the full backend API landscape, enhancing and optimizing for performance and maintainability
Collaborate on B2B solutions, focusing on customization and integration needs for enterprise clients
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with overall product strategy and user experience
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
Proven experience in backend development: TS/Node (required)
Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
Preferred: Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes
