What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments such as metal fabrication, injection molding, metrology, or quality engineering
Working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, SPC, GD&T, MSA, GRR, CPK, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures
Experience with quality systems, nonconforming material processes, corrective actions, and audits
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners

Work Schedule

Employees are required to demonstrate flexibility in their work schedules, which may include day or night shifts as necessary. This may involve varying hours throughout the week and adjustments to the days worked. At peak demand times, working up to 55 hours per week is typical.
Participation in a rotating, on-call schedule is required to cover issues that arise outside business hours. Resolution may be needed in person or completed remotely. Quarterly on-call pay is provided.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform engineering in a large enterprise environment.
Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and custom application development.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise architecture principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; additional certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are a plus.

The base salary range for this position in Stevens Point, WI is $80,000.00 to $115,000.00, along with annual bonus eligibility. For the position based on Boston, MA, the base salary range is $85,000 to $120,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
