Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 4-day work week (with 1 scheduled day on call)

Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
Minimum of six months' commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months' commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Being an instructor for the academic classes offered for students. This involves working Barn shifts with students to teach them about horse care.
Overseeing the care of the Barn, including responsibilities for the indoor arena, tack rooms, supply rooms, pastures, and reporting damages to the property.
Working with students on tracking feed inventory and supplies.
Expediting the boarding of new horses and following the protocols in place.
Managing the care of the horses and working with the Barn staff and veterinarian services when needed.
Respond to student volunteer questions about communications about horse care via approved communications ( Email, Slack)
Complete weekly check-ins with Program Advisor to ensure program operation and budget is effectively managed.
Qualifications:
Advanced understanding of horse care, including examining wounds and recognizing health concerns for the horses boarded.
Skills working with Excel and Word.
Ability to manage conflict as it arises among the students.
Ability to plan ahead.
Excellent communication skills.
Make decisions for the Barn in regards to the horses' care.
The ability to recognize issues and be able to act quickly and decisively.
Have an ability to understand the idea of being inclusive.
Understanding and interpreting pricing for services rendered for the care of the facility and the horses.
Knowledge in writing up board contracts and contracts for riding lessons
