As an Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the SVP of Marketing, Latin Iberia and members of the Marketing Team for Latin Iberia, to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing clerical responsibilities.
What you'll do:
Manages and maintains daily personal and professional schedule for SVP, including prioritizing conflicting demands, resolving schedule challenges proactively.
Provides proactive administrative and technical support for SVP and members of the Marketing Latin Iberia team including but not limited to; heavy calendar management, scheduling meetings and room reservations, organizing of department & company-sponsored events, and creating reports and spreadsheets to track departmental and company data. Must be able to navigate multiple time zones.
Operates as a liaison between the executive and team, artists/artist managers, attorneys, internal, external, national and international business partners.
Manages event planning and travel arrangements for SVP and marketing team including but not limited to booking travel, managing reservations, as well as being on standby whilst Executive is in transit.
Maintains/orders office supply inventory and distributes mail for the Executive.
Acts as Office Manager for team, prioritizes the office workload and works collaboratively with internal business partners to meet assigned deadlines. Suggests new and efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoots any challenges.
Manages invoice management, department spend, annual budget tracking and forecasting for the SVP.
Assists SVP and marketing team with special projects by serving as the project manager, setting goals, monitoring progress, staying within budget and meeting assigned deliverables.
Assists in onboarding new team members, ensuring they are set up with necessary access, tools, and introductions.
Prepares presentation templates for SVP, in alignment with Sony Music brand.
Collaborates with other staff as well as other offices throughout the Sony Corporation.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Manage distribution lists for organization and update as needed.
Who you are:

Director of Accounting
will be a key member of LATAM's accounting team and will have direct exposure in supporting the continued growth across Latin America. This Director-level role is critical to ensuring the integrity of financial results, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives across a diverse and complex regional footprint. Working under the direction of the Regional Financial Controller, the
Director of Accounting
is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the monthly financial closings in accordance with US & local GAAP across all entities within the Spanish LatAm joint venture (SPL) (including US, Mexico, Colombia & Central America), as well as the non-JV central costs (including US, Brazil & Argentina). This role will also have oversight of the Brazil joint venture to ensure compliant reporting across the region.
This leadership role manages a team of 9 across Miami, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico & Argentina as well as oversight of centralized offshore accountants and 3rd party accounting service providers in local territories. Operating in a highly complex environment and managing the entire accounting function, including AP and AR, this role requires a qualified accountant with multi-jurisdiction and large corporation experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of day-to-day accounting processes, including but not limited to:
Leadership
Build relationships with key stakeholders - including Opco functional leads, local accounting teams, International Networks Group Controller, Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Accounting, Finance Operations and outsource partners in particular managing the relationship with the local tax & accounting service providers.
Supervise external accounting firms to meet internal deadlines & tax compliance, serving as their main contact

Supporting multiple P&L owners to validate & understand financial performance of each business unit on a monthly and quarterly basis, providing analysis and back up as needed
Identification and communication of risks & opportunities impacting on the monthly & quarterly results and supporting FP&A counterparts in the forecasting and budgeting processes to validate key accounting assumptions to ensure these are accurately reflected

Operational Excellence

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Degree in accounting with post-graduate accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) and Big 4 experience

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is required (e.g. demonstrated change management & problem-solving skills)

The Director of Commercial Strategy is responsible for providing data-driven insights that support revenue growth, pricing strategy, commercial planning, and performance optimization. This role partners closely with Digital Business, Premium Content, Brands, D2C, Marketing, and Finance to evaluate market trends, analyze commercial performance, model business scenarios, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
What you'll do:
Revenue & Performance Analytics
Analyze sales, pricing, customer, and product performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Utilize dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs such as revenue, margin, churn, ARPU, and customer acquisition metrics.
Support forecasting and target-setting processes with accurate historical and predictive modeling.
Commercial Strategy & Insights
Evaluate market conditions, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights that inform product strategy, commercial offers, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
Build business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to support data-driven decision making.
Provide commercial intelligence for quarterly business reviews, leadership presentations, and sales enablement.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure consistent KPIs, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning
Create and maintain models to evaluate ROI, profitability, contract terms, and deal structures.
Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of commercial levers (pricing, discounting, product mix).
Partner with Finance to align commercial assumptions with company budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Marketing & Release Schedule
Release schedule monitoring to identify opportunities cross-departments opportunities.
Identify out-of-the-box trends on social media platforms.
Catalog trends on Spotify & Apple Music.
Artists' potential merch, sync, and other products opportunities across the region based on the release schedule.
Who you are:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial analytics, finance, revenue operations, or strategy roles.
• Experience in subscription, media, music, or entertainment industries.
Skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

**A little bit about our team:**
Warner Music Latina's A&R department is responsible for all aspects of the creative artistic process, including talent discovery, artist signing, oversight of artist's recording, acquisition of material, choice of production partner, engineering and musicians for sessions. A&R is truly the creative nerve center and quality control for the identity of the label.
**Your role:**
As an A&R Admin Coordinator, you will be the operational and financial backbone of the A&R department. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the financial integrity, contractual compliance, and efficient administrative workflow for all A&R projects, label deals, and music production. You will serve as the primary liaison between A&R, Business & Legal Affairs, and Finance teams, focusing on budget management, detailed payment processing, and comprehensive contract administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, accounting, legal or complex administrative management, bringing structure and meticulous accuracy to our creative process.
**Here you'll get to:**
+ Manage and track A&R project budgets, ensuring all expenses remain within approved limits.
+ Manage artist terminations, ensuring the process is executed smoothly and in compliance with contractual obligations.
+ Maintain and organize records of A&R projects, including contracts, reports, invoices, timelines, collaborations (e.g., label waivers), and other key documentation.
+ Track and manage the progress of recording projects, ensuring timely delivery of all project assets (e.g., masters, final mixes) while maintaining communication with relevant teams.
+ Coordinate the submission of deliverables, ensuring they meet internal guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
+ Monitor and maintain the release schedule, ensuring all dates are accurate and delivery deadlines are met.
