**About the Role**
The Client Success Director in the Client Success team has responsibility for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring that the delivery of services meet the scope of the individual contracts and do so in a manner consistent with PSI's world class service culture. This role is part of a team that is one of the primary points of contact for our clients and has responsibility for the retention and development our client
relationships. The Client Success Manager is therefore an owner of relationships with clients and are their internal advocate.
This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday during typical office hours.
There will be up to 20% travel required for events, meetings and workshops. Day-to-day,
this role can be performed remotely.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Work to renew client contracts and to expand usage of services.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives for new business and retention.
- Be accountable for maintaining, reporting, and measuring data through Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Ensure contractual commitments and service level agreements are being met.
- Build relationships with the client's senior stakeholder to understand their initiatives.
- Conduct account reviews delivering ROI and insights to the client.
- Foster a positive client relationship by overseeing client requests, addressing issues, resolving escalations, and providing appropriate internal communications.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements**
Bachelor's degree or related work experience may be considered.
Strong previous experience in account management, program management, project management or consulting.
Experience of working within a technology company or credentialing company or other high-growth culture.
Proven ability to adapt and pivot to changes as part of an evolving product set

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Law degree from an ABA accredited law school. Active member of the Oregon State Bar or eligible to be licensed to practice within a short period of time. Background in employment law required. Experience with public sector representation generally and with education law highly preferred. Experience in, or knowledge of, the Oregon public education system or similar government operations is preferred.
10 or more years as a practicing attorney or 5 or more years' experience in school law is required for the Senior Assistant Legal Counsel position. Experience with public sector legal issues (e.g., public meetings, public records), and/or school and education law (e.g., Title IX, civil rights, student records) preferred.

Overview
The Senior Data Scientist is a strong contributor to the Biometric Assumptions Team, which provides analytical expertise for the global development of data-driven solutions in longevity product development and pricing. * Support Pricing team with insights from large datasets and support efforts to adopt robust bespoke assumptions in quotes.

The Emergency Services Lab Assistant supports the planning, preparation, maintenance, and safe operation of Emergency Services training labs and scenarios. The role contributes directly to high-quality, hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for success in fire service, emergency medical services, and public safety careers.
Primary Responsibilities
1.
Lab Preparation, Maintenance, & Safety
* Prepare, set up, and dismantle training props, materials, and equipment for fire, rescue, and EMS labs.
* Inspect, clean, and maintain tools, apparatus, and facilities to ensure safe and functional operation.
* Test and service oxygen systems, fire-ground props, and other pressurized or specialized training equipment following established safety procedures.
* Maintain inventory, track supplies, and report repair or replacement needs.
* Operate college vehicles and hand or power tools as required for training-site setup and material transport.

* Provide logistical and technical support to instructors during labs and simulations.

Key Responsibilities
90% Development and implementation of courses that support the goals and philosophies of the Adventure Leadership Institute. The instructor is responsible for the creation of all elements necessary to the successful running of ALI courses, including but not limited to lesson plans, learning outcomes, and teaching aids. These duties may also include the planning and executing of field experiences as a part of assigned courses. The instructor will evaluate students based on stated learning outcomes and provide coaching and remediation of skills as necessary. The instructor should also be in communication with other co- instructors and/or supervisor as to the needs of the students and how best to achieve stated learning outcomes for the course(s). This position will include the potential for work in remote and/or hazardous environments. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Southern Oregon University Laboratory of Anthropology works on several different archaeological projects under contract with various private, Tribal, state, and Federal agencies. This work is supervised by the SOULA director and is executed in the field in the lab by SOU students (paid as student or work-study labor), and by professional staff/individuals typically with a BA/BS in anthropology or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Individuals in these temporary staff positions are responsible for field survey and excavation, lab cataloging, basic analysis and data entry, GIS/GPS data processing, cartographic and graphic production, report writing and editing, and supportive supervision of student workers.
This kind of position is ‘industry standard' in Cultural Resource Management (CRM), in both the private and University sector, and is explicitly understood to be temporary and ad hoc, even while employment extends over long periods of time. It has already become our practice to ‘share' qualified field and lab people with other CRM firms based on the availability and necessity of work. This is part of the standard career trajectory; those with undergraduate degrees work as temporary employees in a variety of settings and gain research and life experience that eventually helps them gain entry to graduate school, a full time position with a CRM entity, or whatever other role they eventually take on. The CRM firms, conversely, have access to a pool of qualified and enthusiastic workers to execute projects.
Assignments typically make up the following classifications:
Field Technician 1: This entry-level position is for recently graduated students or individuals with little to no experience in the field. Under this position, the applicants will serve as general crew, and assist in the field and/or lab under the supervision of SOULA staff. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in anthropology or a related field. Must have transportation and a valid driver's license.
Field Technician 2/Research Assistant Level 1: This position will be used for crew with some experience, who are able to support the execution of certain aspects of a research project (after the research design is established), with minimal supervision. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in anthropology or related field with an archaeological field school or documented equivalent and some experience in the field. Must have transportation and a valid driver's license.
Research Assistant Level 2: This position is for staff who can serve as a crew chief and take the lead on small projects. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience and an archaeological field school. This position includes the supervision of crew members in the field and in the lab, as well as the ability to prepare written documentation of the work completed. Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
Research Assistant Level 3: This position is for staff that will serve in supervisory roles such as crew chief or principal investigator, and /or those who bring specialized skillsets needed for a project. This position will require a minimum of a Master's Degree and the ability to meet the Oregon professional archaeologist and SOI standards. Duties could include those outlined under the Research Assistant Level 1 position, as well as running small projects, writing reports, and taking the lead on research. Must have transportation and a valid driver's license. This category could also be used for those who can conduct specialized research, serve as a project consultant, or have needed expertise. In this case, the archaeological and driving requirements may be waived as long as the applicant can demonstrate their experience and expertise in their given field.
Research Assistant Level 4: This position is for staff who meet the above-listed criteria, but also have a specialized skillset, extensive experience, and expertise that will add value to SOULA research and assist with timely project completion. This could include the ability to oversee or run larger projects, take the lead on client consultation, project management, technical reports or client deliverables, or other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Most positions require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in anthropology or a related field and an archaeological field school. Dependent on job functions a Bachelor's degree may not be required.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with archaeological survey and excavation, lab work, GIS/GPS/computer graphics, spreadsheets and word processing, and detail-oriented.

ACADEMY CO-DIRECTOR:
Organized, energetic, solid decision-making skills, positive attitude, people skills, ability to speak and be dynamic in front of a large group, teaching skills, administrative skills, computer skills, current knowledge of educational trends especially in talented and gifted education, ability to work with another Co-Director to set goals and objectives for lessons, workshops and the week as a whole, ability to share the load of managing 200+ students at one time. Dependable, creative, charismatic, good with people, ability to diplomatically deal with parents, good communicator, flexible, able to make fulltime commitment during ACADEMY.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with middle and high school students.
Experience leading teams using effective communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines.
Ability to proactively assess camp operations and anticipate potential needs.
Co-Directors should have attained a Bachelor's Degree or higher.

(80%) Duties Include:
Oversee and work with ACADEMY team to develop a theme and implement all ACADEMY activities, classes and workshops.
Lead opening and closing sessions of camp, and all workshops.
Oversee planning, preparation and implementation of hands-on activities and guest speakers for workshops.
Prepare for ACADEMY welcome, setting expectations and ground rules for the week.
(20%) Duties Include:
Working with SOU Youth Programs takes the lead on training staff regarding duties, responsibilities, and procedures for the week.
Including the preparation for potential emergencies, and staff training and planning in preparation for emergency situations.

ACADEMY HEAD RESIDENT
Head resident must be enthusiastic, enjoy working with youth, have leadership abilities and a strong sense of how to work as a team member. This position requires time management and organization skills, and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. The Head Resident must model responsible behavior including punctuality, appropriate attire, focus on the task at hand, and diffusion of drama. People skills, ability to oversee college students and a strong work ethic are core components of this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with middle and high school students.
Experience leading teams using effective communication skills.

Attend required staff meetings and training sessions. You may be asked to lead some of the staff training sessions.

ACADEMY SENIOR COUNSELORS:
Senior Counselors must be enthusiastic, high-energy, responsible, mature, and emotionally stable individuals who enjoy working with youth. Candidates should have leadership abilities and a strong sense of how to work as a team member. The Senior Counselor should be an outstanding role model for participants. Counselors must model responsible behavior including punctuality, appropriate attire and good personal hygiene, positive attitude, compassion, wise decision-making, and intellectual curiosity. Senior Counselors should establish good relationships with students by initiating conversations and activities, conducting living group meetings, and ensuring that all students feel included and welcomed.
Each Senior Counselor will be assigned to supervise 8-12 students during those times when students are not involved in classes. The time commitment for the job is considerable. Students will range in age from 9-13 years; depending on the student, there may be a need for high-level supervision. Senior Counselors are an integral part of the supervision required. Counselors must have the self-discipline to manage sufficient rest needed for maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and supervisory responsibility during a rigorous daily/week schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work within an ever-changing work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.

ACADEMY Instructors will develop and implement an engaging and enriching class curriculum for a class of students of a specified age for four consecutive days in one week. These classes are designed to be educational and enjoyable, to engage students in critical thinking, and to inspire students to envision themselves as future college students. ACADEMY instructors agree to cultivate a safe and supportive environment for students with clearly communicated expectations for safety, respect, and responsibility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion for teaching young students.
1+ years of experience with the subject matter.
In the last year of Undergraduate OR 20+ years old.
Ability to create age-appropriate engaging curriculum for 4-5 days of no more than 90 minutes of class time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A college graduate.
1+ years of teaching professionally in a classroom setting.
DUTIES:
(80%) Duties Include:
Create age-appropriate curriculum that fits within the class time limitations, and encourages critical thinking and Project-Based Learning.
Arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of class and remain until all students are safely en route to their next activity, or are under the supervision of the on-site coordinator.

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for posing, nude or clothed, for Art and drawing classes. The primary purpose of the Art Model is to provide art students with the opportunity to practice, learn, and improve their perceptive skills and quality of artistic expression inspired by the human body.
Models must be comfortable posing nude in front of a class and be able to take direction from the instructor. Poses can vary in times from quick 10-second poses up to entire class periods.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
University Housing supports the educational mission of the University by providing a safe, secure, and educational living environment for students. Many educational and social learning opportunities are provided to the students while living in University Housing. In addition, University Housing also provides educational groups the means to stay on campus and utilize the university facilities, services, and experience through our Conference Services. During the academic year, University Housing has approximately 1,200 students living in the halls and apartments. Conference Services accommodates over 10,000 guests throughout the full year. University Housing is a self-supporting auxiliary enterprise with an annual operating budget of over 14 million dollars. The Area Coordinator (AC) is primarily responsible for student staff supervision, community development, and operations management within the University Housing Department. The person coordinates the work of staff assigned to their functional areas to accomplish the goals of the University Housing department at Southern Oregon University (SOU). The AC will provide a supervision philosophy that encourages creativity and provides motivation for student staff. The AC is supervised by and reports directly to the Associate Director of University Housing for Residential Life.
The Area Coordinator must be accessible to residents and guests on a regular, daily basis. Some evening/weekend work and occasional travel are required. The person will serve in the primary professional staff on-call rotation for University Housing. Additionally, the Area Coordinator is expected to:
Adapt and respond appropriately to new and challenging circumstances.
Act as a role model and professional representative of SOU and University Housing. Always act in a mature and appropriate professional manner in dealings with students, parents, staff, and other University officials.

Duties - The following examples of typical work activities are meant to illustrate the general range of work functions and are not meant to be all-inclusive or restrictive:
(40%) Coach-specific team positions under the direction of the head coach. Instruct individual athletes on the fundamentals of the sport, application of strategy, and proper techniques. Assist with strength and conditioning program implementation, opponent scout, and team travel logistics.
(40%) Instruct classes in the Athletic Department, specifically PE 196 Varsity Athletics classes and/or PE 180 Varsity Conditioning classes. Prep work for the class could include film evaluation, practice planning, conditioning/workout planning, game day coaching, and travel with the team to away games. PE 196 and PE 180 classes are regularly scheduled and have a grade option of A-F, or Pass/No-Pass. AAI's are responsible for assigning grades at the end of the term based on standards spelled out in an established syllabus for these courses.
(20%) Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies, managing an assigned recruiting territory, following up on prospective student-athletes, and researching and targeting high schools to visit. Other duties may be performed within the title of administrative work, such as game management, facility management, fundraising, resident hall supervision and Athletic department coordination with the resident halls.

Individuals appointed from this pool will have the primary responsibility to teach courses within the Humanities including::
English Studies: The English Studies program offers courses in literature, rhetoric, professional writing, teaching, and linguistics. Our students receive a strong foundation in critical analysis that allows them to better understand the varied literary and social expressions of the human condition. Our program also provides students with foundation research and writing skills. Qualified applicants will have experience teaching introductory college-level literature, rhetoric, and/or linguistic classes. On rare occasions, the English Program will seek individuals who can teach upper-division courses.
Spanish & American Sign Language: The Spanish & American Sign Language program offers courses in Spanish and American Sign Language. Students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts degree on campus also must complete two years of a second language. We offer several certificates in Spanish as well as a Major. This position requires time management and organization skills, and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. The Head Resident must model responsible behavior, including punctuality, appropriate attire, focus on the task at hand, and conflict mediation. People skills, ability to oversee college students, and a strong work ethic are core components of this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with middle and high school students.

ACADEMIA LATINA/LEADERSHIP SENIOR COUNSELORS:
Senior Counselors must be enthusiastic, high-energy, responsible, mature, and emotionally stable individuals who enjoy working with youth. Counselors must model responsible behavior including punctuality, appropriate attire and good personal hygiene, positive attitude, compassion, wise decision-making, and intellectual curiosity. Senior Counselors should establish good relationships with students by initiating conversations and activities, conducting living group meetings, and ensuring that all students feel included and welcomed.
Each Senior Counselor will be assigned to supervise 8-12 students during those times when students are not involved in classes. The time commitment for the job is considerable. Students will range in age from 9-13 years; depending on the student there may be a need for high level supervision. Senior Counselors are an integral part of the supervision required. Counselors must have the self-discipline to manage sufficient rest needed for maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and supervisory responsibility during a rigorous daily/week schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work within an ever-changing work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.
