Qualifications
Master's Degree in occupational therapy, OR speech language pathology and at least 3 years' experience with infant/young children with disabilities, including autism.
At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
Must possess and maintain a current state or national certification and/or licensure in accordance with California state practice.
Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.
Knowledgeable in licensed area of practice, interdisciplinary early intervention theories, and rehabilitation principles and practices.
Knowledgeable of evidence-based practices found to benefit children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Familiar with the field of early intervention including a general understanding of approaches based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures and regulations; ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive situations and documentation.
Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills.

Ability to pass a post-offer physical examination and a TB test.
