Responsibilities for our Speech Pathologist Supervisor: -Recruit, interview and hire speech therapy staff -Supervise SLPA's -Work closely with staff SLP's to develop, and oversee their professional education plan -Implement weekly staff meetings -Conduct clinical education programs, facilitate case study presentations and cross discipline collaboration meetings -Ensure department maintains highest level of clinical integrity and provides evidenced based practice for best outcomes -Works collaboratively with OT department head -May be required to work outside the traditional work schedule in multiple locations -Willing to co-treat with OT's as needed. -Spanish speaking preferred Requirements for our Speech Pathologist Supervisor: -Masters Degree or equivalent Speech Language Pathology -ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) -Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of California -4 or more years of experience as a licensed clinician in a leadership role -Previous pediatric treatment experience -Must be able to pass a background check -Training in PROMPT, Hanen, AAC, and Gestalt Language is a plus. -Proof of immunization records and TB required If you are a passionate and experienced Speech Therapist Supervisor looking to make a difference in the lives of children, we look forward to hearing from you!
