Playgrounds originated in Germany, with their concept first coming to fruition in 1859 in Manchester.
Structure Probe, Inc. was founded in April, 1970 by Charles A. Garber, Ph.
Incorporated on 5 April 1972, under the name of Saha Pathana Investment Co.,Ltd., with the initial registered capital of THB 6,000,000.
Separation Processes, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Richard (Dick) Sudak who had the vision that membranes would be the technology of the future for treating water and wastewater in municipal and industrial applications.
Design regulations for playgrounds began surfacing in the 1980’s, with things such as sharp points or edges and equipment spacing becoming legally regulated.
Service Professionals, Inc. (SPI), an engineering company founded in 1992 providing new systems for support of heavy truck and equipment fleets in reducing their costs of operations and maintenance.
Transformed into a public limited company on the 9 May 1994
The company grew rapidly in the following years, significantly expanding its manufacturing facilities, office personnel, and product line – most prominently with the acquisition of the architectural lighting company, Advent Lighting, in 1999.
D., who was President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm until his death in September 2007.
Issued and offered debentures with a total principal value of no more than THB 15 billion, the Company issued and began offering two sets of debentures with a total value of 2 billion baht on February 9, 2017
The Company received the 'Most Innovative Deal' recognition award from this transaction during the Best Bond Awards 2017 hosted by the Thai Bond Market Association (Thai BMA).
The remaining balance for convertible debenture was THB 18,813,000 as at 31 December 2018.
