Job Description:
The position will be responsible for ensuring operation of production machines and mechanical equipment. The position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, manuals, and work instructions.
Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment (low to mid voltage).
Proficiency with hand and power tools, multimeters, megohm meters, oscilloscopes, and calibration equipment.
Preventive maintenance (PM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM) skills, including documenting findings and closing work orders.

Job Description:
The position will be responsible for working in the process of cooling tower manufacturing as well as performing visual inspection of the product as it is produced on the line. This position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.

* Perform a visual inspection at beginning of every shift
* Check sheets for any forming problems such as webbing, unformed areas and sockets not drilled
* Ensure holes are drilled out at near side and are centered when required.
* Notify operator immediately if problem is persistent
* Assure quality of parts produced on various processes.
* Accurately control part count on various processes.
* Maintain awareness of the machines and potential problems on various processes.
* For assigned zone, pick up all trash, sweep area, and perform any other cleaning as needed

* Knowledge of PVC material components and their use in the thermoforming and/or extrusion processes

Job Description:
The position will be responsible for assisting in press brake operation. The position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.

Job Summary
Step into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment as our Service Supervisor in the compressed air commercial segment. You'll oversee the local service function across the full equipment life cycle while partnering with the sales team to drive business growth. A solutions-oriented leader, you'll guide your team in maintaining and repairing rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, as well as compressed air system components. This role empowers you to think like an owner, taking charge of the Service P&L, making sound business decisions, and enabling your Customer Center to achieve performance goals while raising the bar in service excellence. Responsibilities
* Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees. Drive continuous improvement through company performance management process and technical product training programs available. Develop employee skill levels, including customer service, process improvement, and technical skills to the highest degree possible.
* Collaborate with the service coordination function to respond efficiently to customers, ensure technicians' training and skill level is appropriately matched to service customers, and ensure resources are effectively leveraged across the service area to maximize Service Technician utilization. This includes balancing customer requests for emergency repair, regular maintenance contracts, scheduled work and upgrades, installations, replacement components, and long-term service agreements.
* Collaborate with the sales function to consult on service agreements; attend customer meetings to win new and grow existing; service business; provide service support for installations; and drive new service business through Service Technician generated leads, quotes, and requests for proposals.
* Maximize cash flow by ensuring invoices are generated immediately upon completion of work and warranty claims are filed accurately and timely, managing expense budgets, and increasing utilization of the service team. Ensure that standard service work processes are created and followed. Improve transactional processes impacting the customer experience and increase overall customer satisfaction.
* Effectively manage service team inventory to maintain accuracy, reduce year-end write-offs, and maintain SOX compliance through detailed reporting and regular cycle counts.
* Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team. Provide training to all employees to ensure all service personnel follow and maintain safe and productive work habits in the shop, as well as at the customer site.
* Other duties as assigned to support the service business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience
* 3+ years' experience in an industrial sales business setting.
* 3+ years' experience in managing teams of people, processes and budgets strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience coaching, training and mentoring as a peer-leader.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
* Ability to work in diverse conditions at times requiring interpretation or deviation from standard processes including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage) with NFPA or equivalent standards.

**Qualifications:**
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Overview:
Ingersoll Rand has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer - ETO in Springfield, MO. The responsibilities of the position include designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions to support our diverse range of products and services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a strong commitment to quality and innovation. You will work closely with Product Management, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to design custom solutions for unique customer applications in a Global Market.
Responsibilities:
* Interpret Customer Specifications to appropriate size and offer the correct product for their application.
* Creation of 3D Models, Drawings, P&IDs, and other documentation as the project requires.
* Process the orders received for Engineered Solutions by creating the required part numbers, Bills of Materials, and test procedures required for production to build, test, and ship the product.
* Provide costing to Product Management for the custom solution that Engineering designs.
* Daily work in Salesforce, PTC Windchill and SAP to execute Quotations, Orders, and Technical Questions as required.
* Support product engineering and operations initiatives (NPD, i2V, product rationalization, etc.) through business case analysis and project execution.
* Determines the development or purchase of capital equipment.
* Interacts with design, manufacturing and suppliers.
* Assists internal and external suppliers with processing problems and troubleshooting to find root causes.
* Ensures safety designed into all processes and implements safety corrective actions required to eliminate safety risks.
* Attend various online meetings as required with internal and external customers as it relates to projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
* 4+ years of experience in an engineering role in manufacturing or industrial environment.
* 3+ years of experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoDesk, PTC Creo) and other engineering tools.
