This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in Peachtree City, GA with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Coordinate with marketing and lead engineers to ensure project specifications are clear, complete, achievable, and consistent with voice of the customer (VoC).
Ensure design progression via CAD modeling reviews, thermal and mechanical analysis, drawing and model retention, testing plan creation, test review, and coordinate with internal and third-party compliance.
Meet project tooling budget and product cost requirements.
Coordinate with sourcing team to ensure vendors are identified, quotations are obtained, and quality standards/form deliverables are met.
Prototype and build Proof-of-Concepts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Business Adminsitration superstar to support the work of our Marketing Customer Experience teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience and supports the Marketing Coordinator. This individual interfaces with our community publicly, our customers privately, and the Kids in the Game team internally. We're looking for someone to cultivate positive relationships with our community and have a forward-thinking approach when it comes to strategy and implementation.
Kids in the Game offers seasonal internships throughout the year. Internships are typically 12-16 weeks long and Interns would be expected to work between 25-35 hours per week in person at our office location. Below are the dates for each season.
Summer 2024: May 13th - August 23rd
Compensation: Internships are unpaid opportunities for first term Interns. We do offer $200-$300 completion bonuses at the end of unpaid internship contracts. There is also the potential to extend for a second term, paid internship. We can also offer class credit where applicable.

Connect with the Kids in the Game team internally to ensure all stakeholders have necessary relevant information.

Job Summary:
The Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T) works under the supervision of a Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) as designated by the Program Director. The primary role of the CASAC-T is to provide coordination and implementation of direct substance abuse clinical services for clients.
A condition of employment as CASAC-T is to maintain credentialing and remain current on required trainings. Must obtain credentialing through the NYS Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASAS) and adhere to the Canon of Ethical Principles as outlined by the NY State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services and the RMU Employee Handbook.
Essential Job Functions
Compose documentation reflective of client progress towards goals while in program.
Assist in prescreening and routing incoming phone calls to specific team member, discipline, or staff.
Provide orientation to program for clients.

Assist in general daily duties as needed e.g. complete client laundry process, stock shelves, request and stock kitchen and refrigerator items, clean kitchen and dishes, supervise clients in kitchen at all times, supervise client in lounge area, supervise clients during meals, clean client areas and clean and make beds after discharge and receive and document deliveries.
Strictly follow all established infection control policies.
Follow established emergency procedures including fire drills, evacuation procedure and disaster plans.
Help maintain safety and security by monitoring cameras, searching client belongings and monitoring client activities, performing building checks and practicing defensive driving.
Update the Program Director and/or Clinical Coordinator in a timely manner about all matters, seek advice and counsel and develop a spirit of cooperation in carrying out the job responsibilities.
Comply with Canon of Ethical Principles as outlined by the NY State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services and the RMU Employee Handbook.

We're looking for a Business Administration superstar to support the work of our Marketing and Customer Experience teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience and supports the Marketing Coordinator. This individual interfaces with our community publicly, our customers privately, and the Kids in the Game team internally. Requirements:
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Previous software development internship experience or exposure to discipline preferred.
C# preferred.
JavaScript knowledge or experience in Web development(HTML/CSS)
Relational Database.
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Junior or Senior year preferred.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and sustain a fast-paced work environment.
Building trust and respect with partners by consistently exceeding quality expectations.
Ability to multitask and have a strong sense of urgency and time management skills.
