**Job Summary**
The Stock Associate I will be responsible for fullfilling all replenishment and job picking requests to support daily production requirements. This will include physically pulling parts from location, handling said parts based on direction provided in job specific work instructions such as critical surfaces, ESD material, special packaging, and or other special handling requirements. This person will also be responsible for transacting all inventory and non-inventory items in Oracle in support of the replenishment and job picking function. Must be fluent with Microsoft Office applications such as Email, Excel, Word, and Teams and will be required to utilize a laptop and handheld devices to perform these job functions. This person will be expected to have a basic understanding of inventory control functions with some exposure to working within an ERP system.
**Job Responsibilities**

- Responsible for performing stockroom and product handling tasks in all phases of the operation.

Primary Functions:
Pick material for customer orders and Fabrication orders. Responsible for picking correct part and quantity in high pace environment.
Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment in a professional and safe manner.
Receiving and unloading goods and supplies from receiving dock to its proper location.
Responsible for keeping warehouses clean and organized on a daily basis.
Observe and abide by all company's policies and safety regulations.
Perform Physical Inventory & Inventory Management tasks.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, work stations clean, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned, packing, moving, and setting up of furniture, cabinets, equipment, etc.
Yellow tag process.
Assist in the warehouse cart put away process.
Position may include other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Qualifications:
Must be reliable (attendance).
Organized and detail oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent, or actively working toward completion of it
Forklift experience is a plus.
Pallet Jack/hand truck experience.
Self-driven and able to work at a high pace.
Basic computer experience is a plus.
Warehouse/Stockroom/Inventory experience preferred but not necessary.
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
Safely navigating a manufacturing environment
Extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent bending and stooping
Using tools and equipment, with ability to be forklift certified
Perform frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
