Report discrepancies or damages and sign off on invoices, packing lists, and delivery receipts. Properly store items according to established procedures, including refrigeration of perishable goods. Fulfill requisitions by retrieving and delivering items to requesting departments. Maintain accurate inventory and supply records. Assist the Purchasing Agent with bids, purchase documentation, and supply chain records. Transport supplies and equipment using hand trucks, carts, or vehicles as needed. Greet and escort service representatives to the appropriate department. Handle and track all stocked items within the warehouse. Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of facility policies and procedures. Strong numerical ability to verify quantities and maintain accurate records. Versatility to perform a variety of duties in coordination with multiple departments. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
